Try this decadent brownie whenever you crave an intense chocolate fix - it is soft and gooey and ready in a few minutes. Served with a dollop of whipped cream and some berries will make it even more irresistible.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons coconut cream (or heavy cream)

2 teaspoons tahini

1 egg, lightly beaten

11/2 tablespoon unsweetened 100% cocoa powder

1 scoop K Nutri Collagen Peptides

2 teaspoons coconut flour

11/2 tablespoon powdered monk fruit or another sweetener of choice

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

2 tablespoons chopped sugar-free 90% dark chocolate

METHOD

  1. In a large (12 oz/350g) mug, combine coconut cream, tahini, and egg, and whisk with a fork. Using a mini whisk or a fork, stir in the cocoa powder, K Nutri Collagen Peptides, coconut flour, monk fruit sweetener, baking soda, and vanilla extract until smooth. Top with the chopped chocolate.Ā 
  1. Place the mug in the microwave and cook for up to 1 minute (check after 45 seconds if you prefer a soft, gooey brownie). Lightly dust with sweetener and serve warm.
