Try this decadent brownie whenever you crave an intense chocolate fix - it is soft and gooey and ready in a few minutes. Served with a dollop of whipped cream and some berries will make it even more irresistible.
2 tablespoons coconut cream (or heavy cream)
2 teaspoons tahini
1 egg, lightly beaten
11/2 tablespoon unsweetened 100% cocoa powder
1 scoop K Nutri Collagen Peptides
2 teaspoons coconut flour
11/2 tablespoon powdered monk fruit or another sweetener of choice
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons chopped sugar-free 90% dark chocolate
- In a large (12 oz/350g) mug, combine coconut cream, tahini, and egg, and whisk with a fork. Using a mini whisk or a fork, stir in the cocoa powder, K Nutri Collagen Peptides, coconut flour, monk fruit sweetener, baking soda, and vanilla extract until smooth. Top with the chopped chocolate.
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook for up to 1 minute (check after 45 seconds if you prefer a soft, gooey brownie). Lightly dust with sweetener and serve warm.
