INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or coconut milk kefir (more as needed)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
1 tablespoon coconut butter or nut butter of choice
1 scoop K Nutri Collagen Peptides
1 scoop K Nutri Vanilla Whey Protein
1 tablespoons MCT oil
1 tablespoon ground golden flaxseed or psyllium husks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A few ice cubes
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth, adding more milk if necessary, to achieve the desired consistency.
