I have always been a huge carb lover; pizza, pasta, sushi, you name it! A year ago, the thought of eating a low carbohydrate diet seemed out of my realm of possibilities. I always said to myself there was no way I could do it. However, now I can eat a caesar salad with bacon strips at lunch feeling completely guilt free. Not only was I was shedding body fat, but the food I was able to eat was beyond satisfying. With the support of my coach I was able to transition from indulging in carbs into an equally enjoyable high fat diet that allowed me to feel better both mentally and physically.
