I've been using the Ketovation program for a little over 6 weeks now. My goal was to lean out while still maintaining a high energy output. Prior to starting with Ketovation I hadn't watched what I ate for months and had put on a bit of weight. Between the dietary programming and the amazing community, I was able to lose 16lbs in the 6 weeks leading up to the competition while maintaining the energy levels required training as well as day to day life. Aryan was always able to answer any questions that I had in a timely manner and the community was always there when I didn't have a clue about what to make for dinner.
