Eligible returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. If interested in a refund or exchange, please contact a support specialist at support@knutri.com

SHIPPING POLICY

Supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States, Canada, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses. 

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

  • We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays
  • Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped
  • Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout
  • Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed
  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing
  • Our head office is located in Toronto, Canada -- only provinces in Canada will be charged their respective provincial tax
  • International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT)
  • All prices listed are in USD
  • Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Traverse City, Michigan and domestic orders are delivered with Priority Shipping in 2-7 business days
  • International shipments are shipped in 5-10 business days; expected delivery time with customs and shipping times, can be an additional 2-14 business days
