SHIPPING POLICY
Supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States, Canada, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays
- Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped
- Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout
- Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing
- Our head office is located in Toronto, Canada -- only provinces in Canada will be charged their respective provincial tax
- International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT)
- All prices listed are in USD
- Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Traverse City, Michigan and domestic orders are delivered with Priority Shipping in 2-7 business days
- International shipments are shipped in 5-10 business days; expected delivery time with customs and shipping times, can be an additional 2-14 business days
